This can be resolved in one of three ways:

Download patch files and take exam from existing CD-ROM

Re-register user information and take exam online (Not recommended for 56K dial-up users)

Order replacement CD-ROM

Download Patch Files

A file packaging error has resulted in an important file
for the Final Examination not being installed on your CD.

When you want to take the Final Examination, the program will
look on the CD for this file and not find it.

You will see a dialog box like this:

To fix this problem, please follow these steps:

1. Copy the file "flperka2f.g43" from your CD to "My Documents"
   or any other folder on your hard drive.
2. Download the "flperkf.a6r" file by clicking on the link at the right.
   SAVE THIS FILE TO THE SAME LOCATION AS YOU USED IN STEP 1.
3. Run the PERKS CD program.  Click the button to take the final examination.
4. When the error message dialog box comes up again, browse to the location
   where you saved the "flperkf.a6r" file, click on it and the test will run.
